Appliance, furniture, and bulk item removal
Yard waste and demolition debris hauling
Commercial and office cleanouts
By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any written estimates, invoices, or service agreements provided at the time of booking.
All pricing is based on load volume, item type, weight, access conditions, and disposal requirements.
Quotes provided via phone, text, photos, or online forms are estimates only
Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins
Additional charges may apply for heavy items, difficult access, or special disposal requirements
By approving service at pickup, you agree to the final quoted price.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:

Major credit or debit cards
Approved digital payment methods
Failure to submit payment as agreed may result in additional fees, collections activity, or refusal of future services.
Service appointments may be scheduled through:

Phone calls or text messages
Email communication
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, no-shows, or denied access may result in a service or dispatch fee.
Clients agree to:
Clearly identify items to be removed
Ensure safe and legal access to the property
Remove personal valuables prior to hauling
Disclose hazardous, restricted, or prohibited materials
Legacy Junk Hauling does not remove hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, asbestos, medical waste, or materials requiring special permits. Undisclosed prohibited items may result in service refusal or additional fees.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If you have concerns regarding completed services:
Notify us within 7 days of service completion
Allow reasonable opportunity to review and address the issue
Due to the nature of hauling, labor, and disposal costs, completed services are generally non-refundable.
